Michael Graves Architecture Announces Acquisition of Trudeau Architects, PLLC and Truarchs Online, LLC

PRINCETON, N.J. – July 21, 2026 – Michael Graves Architecture (MG), an award-winning global leader in planning, architecture, and interior design based in Princeton, New Jersey, proudly announces the acquisition of Trudeau Architects, PLLC and Truarchs Online, LLC, an integrated New York State-based planning, architecture, and technology practice serving Higher Education, Healthcare, and other institutional clients. This strategic move marks a significant expansion for MG, broadening its footprint while enhancing its capabilities in institutional planning and technology-enabled services.

This acquisition follows MG’s recent growth, which includes the addition of Maryland-based Waldon Studio Architects, New Jersey-based Jose Carballo Architectural Group, North Carolina-based Walter Robbs Callahan & Pierce Architects, Washington, D.C.-based PGN Architects, Texas-based practice technology consultancy Parallax Team, Knoxville, Tennessee-based Studio Four Design, and Long Beach, California-based Kollin Altomare, the launch of MG Charlotte in North Carolina, and Philadelphia-based Woodcock Design.

Originally founded by Robert Louis Trudeau in 1962, Bart Trudeau, AIA, reenvisioned the Trudeau companies in 1992 to form an integrated practice known for long-term relationships with public-sector and institutional clients throughout New York State. Their work spans campus living planning, behavioral health and healthcare planning, capital program support, institutional roofing and building-envelope programs, and proprietary software platforms that help clients manage facilities, projects, and location-based data.
