Prime TC is the result of a thorough product development process undertaken to transform seated patient transport in the hospital. Discoveries have turned into real solutions to problems that go beyond the patient experience.
Our design process is driven by research and considers all the possible stakeholders that would use the product. Hospital transport is important to multiple groups: patients, their family caregivers, clinicians, escort staff; cleaning staff, hospital administration. We considered the perspectives of all of these groups in order to deliver the best possible design solution.
