Early childhood education

Zeta’s early childhood school for PreK through First Grade, located at 1325 Jerome Avenue in the Bronx, occupies a portion of a mixed-use residential building constructed adjacent to an elevated train track. It is a companion project to a nearby 73,000-SF school for Grades 3-8, located on Macombs Road. Typical of our work for charter schools, we test-fit the school’s program and developed the educational specifications before proceeding with the design.

Playful interiors

Zeta’s brand is reflected throughout the design. The Z-inspired graphics, large geometric patterns, and signature bright colors, as well as the characteristic floating discs in the ceilings, were executed in conjunction with Zeta’s interior designer, Jean Won Mosler of Maum Design.
