A classic New York mixed-use building

425 Fifth Avenue is a 54-story stacked mixed-use tower, where the changes in use align with zoning setbacks. Each use has its own ground floor entrance. Two floors of retail and four of commercial offices form the building’s base. We placed the swimming pool, fitness center, residents club and other amenities on the 7th and 8th floors to take advantage of an outdoor terrace at the setback.

Elegant urban living

Residents of the 175 apartments at 425 Fifth Avenue enjoy the best of living in New York.  From a vest-pocket park on East 38th Street, they enter an elliptical lobby detailed in burled wood and marble and take dedicated elevators to a 7th Floor sky lobby. The upper 44 floors enjoy protected views of the Empire State Building and neighboring towers.
