The retail base will enliven the street edge, and a charter school and a non-profit social services institution will serve the surrounding community.

The new 10-story, 150,000-SF mixed-use development at the intersection of Westchester Avenue and Bergenline signals the ascending urban vitality of the Bronx. Entered from Bergenline Avenue, the charter school occupies the 2nd through 6th Floors for instructional space, the 10th Floor for a gymnasium, and a rooftop play area. A social service agency occupying the 7th through 9th Floors includes offices, a health clinic, and learning centers for toddlers and teens. With its glassy facades and colorful accents, the building creates a striking presence in the neighborhood.
