The historic bell tower remains a focal point, only now with greater emphasis

Adaptive re-use and historic preservation of portions of the two existing buildings on the historic St. Lucy’s campus retain the scale and character of the neighborhood as they have for 130 years.  The 23-story residential tower above is more in keeping with modern developments throughout the city. The elegant new façade celebrates the church’s bell tower as the main focal point of the development while creating an iconic ensemble of modern and historical components. The project will contain 444 residential units for rent, 251 parking spaces and tenant amenities such as a fitness center, club room, and landscaped outdoor terraces.
