Creating new value

Belmont Crossing showcases our comprehensive approach to master planning, re-zoning, design guidelines, and full architectural services to create a new, green, affordable residential community. The site had been occupied by 16 dilapidated buildings with 272 units but only 78 residents. We obtained Zoning Commission approvals for a zoning change and map amendment allowing 576 units in a new community with green space, to be constructed in five phases. After designing the framework for the public space guideline and green space, we became the architects for Phase 1, which features 169 affordable housing units and amenities such as daycare, job training facilities, computer lab, and outdoor seating areas.
