The design team partnered with Howard County on several projects at the historic Belmont Manor and Estate. The initial project was a complete rehabilitation of the Manor House, with the purpose of turning it into a wedding venue. Subsequent work extended to the outbuildings, including the pool house. The design team also worked with the County to complete a Master Plan in 2015, which will guide the future of the entire Estate. The team is guiding the implementation of the Master Plan, providing open-ended phased services as needed.
