Spanning 60,000 square feet, this iconic development features 42 thoughtfully designed residential units and is unique in being one of the first projects in Washington, DC to offer no on-site parking, reflecting a shift toward sustainable urban living.

The building, unique in its layout, is situated on a true three-sided island. It boasts three front-facing facades, eliminating the concept of a backside. This design approach maximizes the building’s exposure to its environment, offering breathtaking views and ample natural light to every unit. The striking design of The Constellation aims to set new standards in urban development, showcasing a modern and forward-thinking aesthetic.

The Constellation is more than just a residential building; it’s a hub of urban living and community engagement. The ground floor features vibrant commercial spaces, creating an active streetscape and contributing to the vitality of the H Street Corridor.
