A consolidated civic campus in a park

The vision for the new Cutler Bay Legacy Park is to completely transform an existing 16-acre parcel into an active, central gathering place for the entire Cutler Bay community. The design includes a new Town Hall, a Police Station, a Community Center, and a large park for community events, festivals, and performances.

A CELEBRATION OF COMMUNITY

Rockland event lawn

The site plan layout is orchestrated around a central community center and performance zone, catering to festivals, farmers markets, performances, and many other vibrant activities that engage residents of the surrounding neighborhoods. The design is inspired by the historic language of Old Cutler Road, with elements of limestone, lush tree shade canopies, and nature walks, paired with art inspired sculpture and lighting for nighttime safety.
