Democracy Prep Endurance Elementary School and Bronx Prep Elementary

Two of Democracy Prep’s public charter schools are part of a 118,300-SF mixed-use building on Westchester Avenue at the Simpson Speer Station in the Bronx. The schools’ program accommodates 540 students in Grades PreK-5. The approximately 91,150 SF facility is divided into two distinct classroom sections that share common areas such as student dining, a multipurpose room, administrative and support areas, and two play roofs. The ground floor contains the lobbies for both schools, the shared main office, and retail space facing Westchester Avenue.
