Downtown Dental

Downtown Dental, with a growing practice and the desire to own its building, commissioned the design team to help select a site and  to design the new facility with room to accommodate internal expansion. The corner site had great visibility but required creative parking solutions with separate lots for patients and staff. The design team juxtaposed various finish materials such as solid white brick, red brick, and dark gray horizontal siding to reflect the characteristics of a historic building while remaining contemporary in spirit.
