First Utility District

Another in a series of projects for this client, this renovation of the pre-engineered building where its main office is located, while modest, significantly improved the quality of the workplace for employees and better serves the customers. A small addition provided a new entry, meeting room, kitchen, and restrooms. Metal panels were added to give the exterior a fresh, updated look. The building was re-insulated to meet current energy code standards and to enhance comfort in the space. The design of the addition included a single-slope roof that virtually tied into the new façade.
