A Public-Oriented and Activated Development
The mixed-use hotel and residential project is organized as two towers above a base of retail and parking. Located minutes away from downtown Fort Myers, the development uses as its starting point the Fort Myers 2018 Downtown Plan, which calls for energizing pedestrian connections between the neighborhoods and the Harbour. A grand, gestural pedestrian-activated gateway connecting the towers, symbolizing the famous Edison Bridge’s arched connectivity between North Fort Myers and Downtown Fort Myers. The gateway connects to public walkways lined with al fresco dining and retail, and landscaped park-like space all the way through to the Harbour.

The vision for Legacy Harbour…… the pedestrian realm of Downtown Fort Myers via active retail, landscaped park zones, and future stops along the existing trolley lines.
