Elegant urban living in a mixed-use complex
The Four Seasons Residences created a new ultra-luxury urban high-rise experience for the Austin residential market. The 32-story tower adjoins the Four Seasons Hotel and overlooks the scenic Lady Bird Lake. Residents can avail themselves of the hotel’s services since the buildings are connected below grade. In addition to 166 residential units in the transparent, glassy tower, the mixed-use building contains retail and restaurants in the masonry base as well as a five-level parking deck.
