Grand vision for future buildout

Situated just south of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, the multi-parcel phased master plan creates a dense, dynamic mixed-use commercial and residential development befitting the active and vibrant community of the surrounding cities. The site contains two developable sectors. One is programmed for 10,000 units of mid-range housing and community facilities surrounding a vibrant 435,000-SF commercial and experience center in the initial phase, with a future phase of 2 million SF of retail. Additional future phases were master planned to add up to 4 million SF of retail malls and hotels and 670,000 SF of commercial office towers.

Interweaving multiple levels

Inspired by the majestic stepwells of northern India, the design team sought to define the commercial center through its multiple levels, beautifully interwoven. Dynamic retail, experiential food and beverage, and entertainment along High Street at grade link seamlessly to upper levels to create an elevated Sky Garden pedestrian experience. An expressive gateway is expressed as a well-lit beacon to attract visitors regionally, making this development a distinctive and desirable destination.
