In this project, the Michael Graves design team helped ITG Brands achieve a work culture shift – from private offices to open and collaborative spaces – as they relocated their corporate headquarters. The interior renovation incorporates biophilia, private booths, and sound masking to provide environmental comfort and ambiance. Glass-fronted offices for executives and conference rooms maximize the transmission of natural light and communicate openness and accessibility. Within a large collaboration and café space, a new stadium stair with seating connects two floors and provides space for town hall meetings and daily impromptu staff gatherings.
