The new John W. Paisley International Baccalaureate (IB) School and Annie L. Lowrance Middle School comprised a multi-phased construction project on an occupied campus. The project consolidated the former Lowrance Middle and Paisley IB Magnet Schools into one 224,000-SF replacement school on the 22.5-acre Paisley site.

Paisley IB School serves students in grades 6-10, and Lowrance Middle School serves special needs students in grades 6-8. The design features dedicated spaces for the two student populations, meeting their unique needs and program requirements, while providing shared amenities and common areas. The school includes three-story classroom wings, two gymnasiums, two dining areas, a 300-seat auditorium, and a media center with maker space. The existing school was occupied during the entire 22 months of construction.
