Historical Industrial Transformation
The site of a former industrial Ford Assembly Plant becomes a canvas for vibrant transformations in Downtown San Juan, including several art galleries and studios. In response, we have conceived of a penthouse club with unique rooftop experiences, a stage set for dynamic DJ events, “rockstar” sushi chefs, and glorious Caribbean views. La Luna is a celestial garden, a reference to how the heavens nourish the earth. The historic iconic industrial elevator tower is clad in rain-inspired slats that transform into organically shaped canopies, creating a sculptural rooftop environment born of the skies.

A Portal to Celestial Immersion
Magical lighting and projection cohabitating with industrial bones begin the journey from street to ascension. Dynamic club experiences celebrate dining, music, and the vibrancy of life. Materiality is the prose for a rich story that will unfold uniquely for each performer and patron. Out of industry comes life, re-imagined.
