Lorien Havre de Grace is a skilled nursing facility located on a 4.73-acre site. It consists of two separate care units: a 38-bed long-term care unit serving primarily senior residents, and a 40-bed short-term care unit with a sub-acute component, serving patients primarily requiring rehabilitation services. Both units are supported by a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Services Center that provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The two-story building is designed to accommodate a future three-story expansion to house an assisted living facility.
