As the only locally owned and longest continuously operating financial institution in Morristown, Tennessee, Lowland Credit Union wanted to convey a technology-driven approach in their new headquarters. Because its existing building was not fit for renovation, the Credit Union decided to build a new facility that would not only replace the headquarters but also include offices become remotely operated drive-through tellers serving most of the bank’s branches. An open, inviting, double-height lobby, second floor lounge, and private offices with a “treehouse” view create an environment that is enjoyed by clients and staff alike.
