MGM National Harbor is the first LEED Gold certified casino in the region and one of six casinos in the world to receive the USGBC certification.

We collaborated with SmithGroupJJR, HKS Architects, Moya Design Partners, and Studio Gaia to design and execute several environments at MGM National Harbor. The National Market food hall creates the feel of an outdoor street market featuring nine individual themed restaurants and an open seating area. The 75,000 square foot Conference Center includes a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, meeting rooms, business center, and pre-function areas was designed as a calming setting in contrast to the lively casino.
