A small project with big community impact
We adaptively reused and renovated an urban residential apartment building into a community center. The 12,000-SF project included demolition of half of the exterior walls, and replacing them with new brick curtainwalls, and metal panel skin. The new community center includes conference rooms, an art room, yoga studio, computer lab, group recreation space, offices, and a large roof garden. The building also includes a new third-level indoor basketball court served by a new elevator.
