Nobelus, a leading manufacturer and innovator in thermal laminating films and equipment, had outgrown its facility and needed a new space to optimize growth, streamline warehousing and shipping processes, and enhance the showroom experience for its customers. Priorities for the new design included space for both team collaboration and private work, isolated loud phone zones, and a showroom for their printer equipment. Each use had to be segregated from other uses to avoid distraction and provide environmental controls appropriate to the function. The warehouse is therefore separated from the offices. The glass-walled showroom is centrally located to highlight the company’s latest technology while keeping it mechanically and acoustically separate. A shared break room serves both office and warehouse staff. The new facility thus accommodates customers and employees in an efficient and pleasing manner.
