The firm oversaw the preservation and restoration of the historic Patterson Park Pagoda, an observatory that is a Baltimore landmark. The restoration included woodwork, wood windows and doors, metal railings and posts, and the metal spiral staircase. Other aspects of the project included cleaning and repointing the granite base, removal and resetting of historic interior asphalt pavers to level the floor, removal and reproduction of wood porch decks, new wiring and lighting, and installation of precast concrete curbing and corner blocks.
