Premier Eye Care

Premier Eyecare, a longtime optometry practice in the Farragut community, was previously limited by a site positioned below road level, behind trees, and with small windows, which made it nearly invisible to potential patients. Their new 11,000-SF, semi-industrial modern building houses the optometry practice and a large retail showroom in one half and leasable retail space in the other half. The extra space allows room for future expansion of the practice, if needed. The design team merged modern elegance with traditional warmth by integrating a mixture of brick and glass, high ceilings, and exposed beams.
