A second conversion of a 1906 historic building, this time to residential
The historic Keyser Building at 207 E. Redwood Street in Baltimore was constructed in 1906 as an office building and converted to the Red Lion Hotel in 2015 by the design team. Years later, we designed the conversion of the hotel into a 130-unit market-rate apartment building. The lobby is transformed into a 3,200-SF restaurant serving the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are redesigned to include kitchens and laundry facilities, and the conference rooms and fitness center become tenant amenity spaces.
This is a conversion of one of our previous projects, Red Lion Hotel.
