A luxury residential complex with stunning views of New York City
A new four-building luxury residential complex will elegantly embrace the natural contours of the Palisades diabase, an igneous rock formation created more than 200 million years ago. Contextually scaled brick and metal facades will line the street and, on the cliff side, transform to glass and terrace-lined towers overlooking the Hudson River and the spectacular Manhattan skyline beyond. Crushed diabase from the excavation will adorn the landscaped structured parking as part of a gabion wall system to promote the use of reclaimed material and celebrate the fascinating geological history of the cliffs.
Fifty-five luxury units will line the slope, each with corner-wrapping views. Four unit types are designed to appeal to buyer preferences for dramatic master bedrooms or expanded living spaces along private terraces. Residents will enjoy contemporary living with warm, elegant finishes and features that include romantic modern fireplaces and in-room spa experiences. There will be a host of amenities, from entertainment-rich club rooms, playroom and meeting spaces to recreation-rich fitness center and pool experiences. Each amenity will open onto a multitude of shared terraces with unique lounges and gardens that create wonderful outdoor gathering spaces, hidden surprises in the context of cliffside living.
