Originally constructed in 1900, this historic building was the Louis Hand Laundry, that used to do the laundry for the White House in the 1940s. Their project was a substantial renovation of a 4,000 SF historic building in the heart of Logan Circle. It combines the new look of the open loft space with the old of the original exposed structure and vintage fixtures.
