The mixed-use residential complex, known as The Station due to its proximity to Bergenline train station in West New York, is a new 10-story building with first floor retail, 97 rental apartments, tenant amenities such as a fitness center, and a roof terrace. Working within a limited budget and zoning envelope, we created subtle variations in the materials and patterns of the facades to create visual interest that distinguishes the building within the local context.
