UNC Greensboro’s new Kaplan Center for Wellness more than doubles the size of the University’s previous recreation building. The new building is located in UNCG’s southern campus expansion, an area envisioned as a mixed-use development of residential, student services and retail. The new student wellness and recreation center plays an important role in the development of the area, while serving as a primary activity center and destination point for the entire campus.

Students now enjoy new aquatic facilities, indoor climbing wall, large fitness studios and weight rooms, basketball and multi-activity courts, and many other amenities designed with quality of student life in mind.
