A practice leader in housing and historic preservation, Donald has guided and directed numerous large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region since 1974. Donald is a Qualified Historic Architect and has been instrumental in developing a highly recognized studio of Historic Preservation. His expertise in historic and affordable housing tax credits contribute to the success of clients’ projects. He served as Chair of the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) in Baltimore City for over 20 years and has lectured widely on preservation and design topics.
