In his over 30 years as a lead designer of various project types, Jeff has largely focused on multi-family housing in Washington, DC. When he and Sean Pichon began collaborating in the early 2000s, there was a tremendous housing deficit in the District, including both market-rate and affordable housing. Working with real estate developers and the city, Jeff has championed the quality and vitality of urban neighborhoods and residential buildings. He has extensive experience with planning, zoning, and historic preservation, has successfully appeared before many architecture review boards, and is an expert before the Zoning Commission. Despite his enjoyment of an urban lifestyle, you’ll often find him in the wild pursuing his passion for fly-fishing.
