Rence Callahan is a Senior Partner in the firm who, over his 50-year career as an architect, spearheaded dozens of sustainable design, urban design, and adaptive re-use projects, improving campuses and communities throughout North Carolina. He served as Principal-in-Charge of several transformational projects in downtown Winston-Salem, including the Bailey Power Plant renovation and the Union Station renovation and restoration. Through volunteer service and leadership roles spanning many decades, Rence has been integral to the revitalization of downtown Winston-Salem. He enjoys the Pittsburgh Pirates, the NC mountains, and traveling with his family.
