Historic inspiration
The site along West Pratt Street in the historic Ridgely’s Delight neighborhood of Baltimore includes a row of three adjacent buildings and an empty lot at the end of the row. The renovation of the existing buildings and the new building are designed as a mixed-use development. The new building, to be known as 725 West Pratt, includes 3,000 SF of ground-floor retail geared toward small café-and-boutique-type tenants. The historic structure, where the residential lobby is located, lends it character to the common spaces and apartment units throughout the complex.
The apartments are designed to have high-end finishes and offer 15 different layouts, mostly one-bedroom apartments with a few two-bedroom units and studios. Tenant amenities include a club room and fitness center with access to an outdoor green space, a rooftop deck with a view of the nearby stadiums.
